Josh Fadley
Founder, Fadmoor
Josh Fadley is a Christian, husband to Michelle, father to Keira and Kaiden, and entrepreneur. The founder of Fadmoor consulting and a co-founder, investor, and mentor in multiple other organizations, Josh’s calling is in helping start, grow, and improve businesses for the glory of God. Josh is distinctly focused on helping other business leaders pursue excellence in the midst of making an impact and creating disciple makers - first at home and then at work - and using the work God has put in front of them as their primary mission field.
Josh brings more than two decades of experience across consulting, operations, and leadership roles. He has served as a senior principal consultant, solution architect, practice director, and chief people officer, helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and organizational change. His work spans both onshore and offshore models, with a strong focus on building teams that perform with consistency and integrity.
In addition to his work at Fadmoor, Josh founded the Fadley Foundation, a nonprofit focused on creating sustainable life improvements through education and economic opportunity. As co-host of Emerging Thesis, Josh brings an investor- and operator-minded lens to conversations on emerging markets, emphasizing execution excellence, leadership formation, and the role of values in building businesses that endure.

Matthew Talbert is the CEO of Grow Rwanda, a Kigali-based professional services and technology firm focused on building high-performance teams and businesses in emerging markets. Through Grow Rwanda (www.GrowRwanda.com), he partners with business leaders,founders, investors, and global organizations to scale ventures grounded in disciplined execution, strong leadership, and long-term value creation.
Before relocating to Rwanda, Matthew worked in strategy and growth roles in the United States
at BCG and Cox Automotive, gaining experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder
environments. Today, his work centers on equipping core business fundamentals with talent
from emerging markets.
Matthew is particularly focused on Rwanda as a case study for what is possible when
governance, talent, and values align. As co-host of Emerging Thesis, he brings an operator’s
perspective to conversations with founders and investors, emphasizing the realities of building
in emerging markets: the grind of execution, the pursuit of excellence, and the convictions
required to endure over the long term. He views business not only as an engine for economic
growth, but as a form of stewardship with lasting impact.
